Cancellations / Refunds
All Reiki Family services and materials are carefully planned, advertised with candor, and implemented for the best possible experience of each individual. We understand that a mismatch can arise between a participant’s expectations and the experience delivered. An unexpected life event or competing work demands can disrupt or prevent participation. Sometimes things do not work out as planned.
Our office team will cheerfully process your cancellations or refund request based on this schedule:

At least 24 hours before a scheduled service: cancellation agreed, with full refund of any pre-payment

Late cancellation (within 24 hours of scheduled service): one “free miss” allowed, then billed at normal rate, and no refund is made for pre-payment
Refund of any payment:

is returned to the form of payment used for purchase during enrollment (your credit should be visible on your card within 3 days)
